Okay, I can explain! She is covering her legs with wipes like we do with sand at the beach. I have to confess that she has quite the affinity for playing and cleaning with the wipes and diapers. Either I have been a very good example of cleanliness (not so sure about that) or it's time to potty train or she's just got a great imagination! I'll take any of those - she's just so stinkin' cute!
